1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ByteHorizon's lead generation and digital advertising services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

ByteHorizon provides lead generation and digital advertising services, including but not limited to:

  • Qualified lead identification and delivery
  • Social media advertising campaign management
  • Search engine marketing services
  • Multi-channel digital advertising coordination
  • Social network integration and management

Our services are designed to connect businesses with qualified prospects who have expressed interest in their products or services.

3. Service Qualification and Approval

ByteHorizon reserves the right to review and approve all potential clients before providing services. Not all businesses may qualify for our services. Qualification criteria include but are not limited to:

  • Business legitimacy and legal compliance
  • Industry compatibility with our service offerings
  • Minimum budget requirements
  • Alignment with our quality standards

We reserve the right to refuse service to any business at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing Structure

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis with the following tiers:

  • Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
  • Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
  • Premium Multi-Channel Leads: $60 per qualified lead

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept various payment methods as agreed upon during the service setup process. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4.3 Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads will respond within 48 hours. If a lead does not respond within this timeframe, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about their business and target audience
  • Responding to qualified leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing necessary access to social media accounts for integration services
  • Timely payment for services rendered

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to ByteHorizon's services remain the property of ByteHorizon. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary methods, systems, or materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ByteHorizon's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Service Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. ByteHorizon reserves the right to immediately terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or any illegal or unethical use of our services.

10. Compliance and Legal Requirements

Clients must ensure their use of our services complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • CAN-SPAM Act and similar anti-spam regulations
  • GDPR and other data protection laws
  • FTC advertising guidelines
  • Platform-specific terms of service for social media networks

11. Modifications to Terms

ByteHorizon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Arlington, Texas.
